Student Aliens wants to keep FIT!!!!
Being the most beautiful and most youthful looking member,
to maintain my body is part of my routine.
As my tummy is getting bigger(due to
incredible food intake),
I’ve decided to lose some weight before
I lose total
control on my food intake after going back to Malaysia.
Although my hostel provides a gym,
it is too small to
satisfy the hundreds of students who live under the same roof.
The best part of
going to an outside gym is: I don’t have to smell the smelly sweat,
I don’t
have to fight for equipment with other people and I can exercise in a more
comfortable environment with less people in it.
So, to avoid these headaches,
I signed up for a gym session
at The Fitnessclub Central.
It is located at Surrey Street, which is just
across my University.
Therefore it is very convenient for me.
It opens from 7am
from Monday to Thursday and 9am during the weekends.

This is the classroom where all fitness classes are conducted.
SPA!!!
Not only is the condition of the gym equipment more
advanced,
the gym also provides lots of different equipments for different health
purposes.
Dumbbells, Cross trainer, and some other equipments which I have yet
to experience are also available. They also offer free access to fitness classes
for all fitnessclub members.
Other than that, they offer facilities such as
sauna and spa for free.
All fitness classes are conducted by experienced
trainers.
I attended Gym Abs session for 15 minutes on Monday.
The 15 minute session
is already very tiring for me, however I can feel that it really serves its
purpose because I’ve always wanted 6-pack abs
(And it really hurts right now!)
One of the trainers, Christine,
gave me fitness tips and
advices to help me achieve my 2 months target.
I gave myself 2 months and we
shall see how fit and sexy I can be!
