Yum, yum, potato in my tum~
When I first tasted it, I knew I had to try it again.
It's nice, it's simple, and takes little time to cook.
And as a student with classes and assignment dogging their footsteps,
time is of the essence.
What am I talking about?
Boiled Potatoes with Butter and Herbs - my older brother's recipe.
First, you must prepare the ingredients:-
500g of baby potatoes (or any other potatoes)
1 tbsp of chopped rosemary (more of less is fine)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
60gm of butter (4 tbsp more or less)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1) Wash the potatoes and boil them in slightly salted water. Potatoes can be skinned if preferred. Cook the potato until it is soft at the center.
2) Drain the potatoes and cut them in half.
3) Melt the butter and throw in the garlic....
4) ....And the rosemary (I used thyme in this case)
5) Add in the potatoes and fry them until they are slightly brown. Season with pepper and salt if needed.
And voila! Boiled potatoes with butter and herbs. Don't they look tasty?
A 30 minute meal
